Salted Caramel and Chocolate Brittle

Chocolate brittles are snacking chocolate. Chocolate you can break off throughout the day for that much-needed chocolate fix. Ours is a crisp layer of salted caramel dipped in single-estate milk chocolate with caramelised hazelnuts, chunks of hard caramel and sea salt sprinkled on top.
