Sumac

Sumac has the tang of a freshly squeezed lemon but with some floral, smokey notes. It’s made from dried and ground berries from the sumac tree and has a dark red colour that looks fantastic sprinkled as a garnish. Use for a sharp, acidic kick to vegetables, chicken or seafood.
